Comments

When visitors make comments on the site, we collect the information shown in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and user agent string to help detect litter messages.

An anonymized string created based on your email address (also called hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. The integrity policy for the Gravatar service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be shown publicly along with your comment.

Media

If you upload images to your site, you should avoid uploading images where EXIF data includes DATA from GPS location. Visitors to the site can download and produce all positioning information from pictures on the site.

How long we keep your tasks

If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be saved without a deadline. The reason for this is that we need to be able to find and approve follow-up comments automatically and not put them in line for review.

Even the site’s administrators can see and edit this information.
